Ordinances
a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance amending Sec. 7-11. Expenditures, purchasing and receiving to allow for the use of cooperative purchasing agreements – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for PUD-000074-2022 Signet-Uptown Planned Development – Planning & Development Director Nathan Woods.
c. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance amending Chapter 12. Occupational Licenses, Taxes and Regulations to increase the Business Licenses tax rate – City Clerk Beverly Coleman.
d. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance amending Chapter 13. Sec. 13-75 “Standards for Residential Rental Unit” to reflect the International Property Maintenance Code – Planning & Development Director Nathan Woods.
e. Consider 1st Reading of a Bond Ordinance to fund enhancements to Nettles Park, Clemson Park and the Green Crescent Trail – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

Other Policy Items
a. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a real estate contract in the amount of $225,000 to purchase a parcel of property to be used for the creation of workplace housing – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
b. Consider awarding a contract for a class and compensation study with Evergreen Solutions in a not to exceed amount of $36,500 – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
c. Consider a recommendation from the Parks, Recreation, Arts, Culture and Tourism Committee to place at least one ice/water machine at the Twelve Mile Recreation Area – PRACT Advisory Committee.
d. Consider a recommendation from the Parks, Recreation, Arts, Culture and Tourism Committee to install a mural on the garden shed at the Community Garden – The Arts Center Director Joan Phillips and PRACT Advisory Committee Member Fran McGuire.
