a. Discuss an amendment to Chapter 5 Buildings, Construction and Related Activities, Article I. In General, Sec. 5-3 Fees. - Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
b. Discuss revisions to the Pendleton Clemson Wastewater Treatment Plant Interjurisdictional Agreement that are needed to comply with SCIIP funding requirements and to revise the new capacities allocation – Utilities Director Benjie McGill.

a. Consider approving the first reading of Ordinance Revision Sec. 13-10 to add to the definition of excessive noise - Police Chief Jorge Campos.

b. Consider approving the installation of 2 ice machines at 12 Mile Park - Parks and Recreation Director Jay Bennett
c. Consider a resolution approving an Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Clemson, and Rutledge Development LLC, for the construction of 120 linear feet of 6-inch water line and the installation of a fire hydrant in the right of way of Singleton Street and Stone Circle and appropriating reimbursement in an amount not to exceed $44,245 - Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
d. Consider a change order for the amount of $10,000 to the Calhoun Sidewalk Project to complete an ADA project in Nettles Park - Assistant City Engineer Gracie Pope.
