a. Consider approving revisions to the Pendleton Clemson Wastewater Treatment Plant Interjurisdictional Agreement that are needed to comply with SCIIP funding requirements and to revise the new capacities allocation – Utilities Director Benjie McGill.
b. Consider approving the Final Design Contract to Audurra Engineering for #7 and #5 Pump Stations and the Trunk Sewer from College Avenue to #7 Pump Station not to exceed $458,000. – Utilities Director Benjie McGill.
c. Consider approving a contract to develop the construction documents for the build out of Clemson Park. - City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
d. Consider a recommendation from the Parks, Recreation, Arts, Culture and Tourism Committee to hire a firm to conduct a program and space needs analysis to address the facility needs of the Arts Center, Clemson Area African American Museum and the Recreation Departments Programming Division. - Bill Carraway
e. Consider a request from the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce to waive parking regulations in downtown Clemson from December 11,2023 to January 8, 2024 - Community and Economic Dev Coordinator Lindsey Newton.
f. Consider a request to approve the 2024 Council Meeting Schedule – City Clerk Beverly Coleman/Deputy Clerk Jeremiah Jackson.
