PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Clemson is seeking interested residents to volunteer on one of the following boards:
Accommodations Tax Committee
5 positions – 3 year terms
2 positions must be filled by an owner of a hospitality business in the City of Clemson; City resident preferred
2 positions must be filled by at-large City of Clemson residents
1 position must be filled by an owner of a lodging business in the City of Clemson; City resident preferred
Board of Architectural Review
3 positions – 4 year terms
2 positions must be filled by at-large City of Clemson residents
1 position must be filled by an owner of a City of Clemson business in a core district
Board of Zoning Appeals
1 positions – 3 year terms
Position must be filled by an at-large City of Clemson resident
Economic Development Advisory Committee
2 positions – 3 year terms
1 position must be filled by an at-large City of Clemson resident
1 position must be filled by an owner of a City of Clemson business in Patrick Square
Parks, Recreation, Arts, Culture, and Tourism Advisory Committee
2 positions – 3 year terms
Positions must be filled by at-large City of Clemson residents
Planning Commission
2 positions – 4 year terms
Positions must be filled by at-large City of Clemson residents
Police Advisory Board
4 positions – 3 year terms; 2 positions – 1 year terms
4 positions must be filled by at-large City of Clemson residents (3 year terms)
These are volunteer positions appointed by City Council.
