b. Discuss a possible infrastructure reimbursement agreement between Rutledge Development LLC. and the City of Clemson for improvements made in the ROW of SingletonStreet and Stone Circle - Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
c. Discuss to add to the definition of Excessive Noise under City Ordinance Sec. 13.10 - Police Chief Jorge Campos.
d. Receive a presentation on underage drinking and discuss enacting a city policy on prevention measures - Police Chief Jorge Campos.
e. Receive a presentation on the public crime mapping website - Police Chief Jorge Campos.
