a. Discuss amending the animal cruelty ordinance to include shelter guidelines for weather and temperature. –Council Member Brookover

Policy Action (2‐minute limit per speaker)
a. Consider 1st reading of a supplemental bond ordinance for the issuance of water and sewer revenue bonds. –City Administrator Andy Blondeau
b. Consider 1st reading of an amendment to Article III Sec. 13-73. d., to allow an occupancy violation to be issued to the property manager, person in charge, or resident, not just the property owner. –Zoning and Codes Administrator Jacob Peabody

Other Policy Items
a. Consider a license agreement with Clemson University for the placement of public safety equipment at 204 West Lane. – City Administrator Andy Blondeau
