a. Consider 2nd reading of an amendment to Article III Sec. 13-73. d., to allow an occupancy violation to be issued to the property manager, person in charge, or resident, not just the property owner. –Zoning and Codes Administrator Jacob Peabody
b. Consider 1st reading of an ordinance to adopt the fiscal year 2024-2025 operating budget. – Finance Director Leslie Wilder
