NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The City of Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing beginning at 5:30 p.m. on July 1, 2024, on the proposed rezoning (#RZNE-000277-2024) of a group of six parcels totaling approximately 23 acres situated near Highway 76 and Ligon Street from RM-1 (Two-family Residential) District to RM-4 (Multi-family Residential) District.

The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1250 Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, SC, and will also be livestreamed on the City of Clemson’s YouTube channel.
