Executive Session

To receive legal advice regarding the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act; SC Code Section 30-4-70 (a)(2)
Note: Upon returning to open session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.

5:30 p.m. Public Hearing on the proposed rezoning (#RZNE-000277-2024) of a group of six parcels totaling approximately 23 acres situated near Highway 76 and Ligon Street from RM-1 (Two-family Residential) District to RM-4 (Multi-family Residential) District.

The regular meeting will begin following the Public Hearing, but not before 6pm.

b. Discuss a request adding The Shaw Center as an approved non-profit for the digital sign located in the flag plaza at City Hall. – Council Member Fulmer

a. Consider 1st reading of an ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of an intergovernmental wastewater capacity and services agreement and a project management agreement for the Pendleton/Clemson Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion. – City Administrator Andy Blondeau
b. Consider 1st reading of an ordinance to amend City Ordinance Section 4-6 Cruelty to Animals. and Section 4-31 Outside shelter requirements for Dogs. – Police Chief Jorge Campos
c. Consider awarding the Clemson Area Action Plan development and approval to Stantec in the amount of $240,000. - City Engineer Nathan Hinkle
