We are still in communications with our affected systems and monitoring the situation. We will provide notification if anything changes.

Transloc is back online and operational.

Update: 1:22pm

The utility billing portal as well as permitting and licensing portals are all up and operational.

Transloc is still down.

In the wake of this morning’s CrowdStrike security update, the City of Clemson offices are open and operational. However, some of our online services have been affected by this update and are currently down.

Services currently affected include online utility payments, online permitting and licensing, and the CATbus Transloc App.

  • Utility payments may be made in person with cash or check, if you know your account number and amount due. Applications for service can be taken in person at our offices. (Note: no late fees or disconnects will be applied through this Sunday, July 21st, 2024.)
  • Permitting and licensing services are limited. Please contact our offices for assistance at the numbers listed below.
  • Buses are still running normal routes.
  • Phone lines, including Emergency and 911 systems, are operational.

This IS NOT a cybersecurity attack, and NO data has been compromised.

City officials and staff are in communications with our affected systems and receiving real-time updates as they come in. We will keep you updated as information becomes available.
