City of Clemson

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Clemson will host a public hearing on the following text and zoning map amendments:

a. 2017-R-05: Review Major Amendment to Village at Berkeley PD. The original PD allowed 18 units. It was requested to be reduced to 13 units in February 2014. The new property owner would like to go back to 18 units.

b. 2017-R-01: Review a request to rezone parcel number 4053-11-66-3515 (which fronts Hunter Avenue) from the current R20 zoning to the proposed R12 zoning.

This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Clemson’s City Hall on the following date and time:

 

Monday, July 17, 2017

5:30pm

Staff will give an overview of the proposed amendments followed by an opportunity for the public to speak. If you cannot attend the hearing, but would like to submit your comments and questions, please contact the Planning and Codes Department.
