6. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Staff and Council reports.

7. Policy/Action Agenda:
     a. Consider 2nd Reading of a major amendment to Village at Berkeley PD. The original PD allowed 18 units and it was requested to reduce to 13 units. The new property owner would like to go back to 18 units – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
     b. Consider for 2nd Reading a request to rezone parcel number 4053-11-66-3515 that fronts Hunter Avenue from the current zoning of R-20 to the proposed zoning of R-12 – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
     c. Consider approval of the Recommendations of the fiscal year 2017-2018 for the State Accommodations Tax Awards to local organizations for tourism promotion, events and activities from the Accommodation Tax Advisory Committee – Ms. Sharie Renzo, Assistant Finance Director & Mr. Herb Tyler, ATAX Advisory Committee Chair.
     d. Consider acceptance of the new roadway boundaries for Earle and Fendley Street – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning & Codes Administrator. (This item was tabled at last meeting.) 
     e. Consider approval to authorize the City Administrator and the Chief of Police to sign outside agency Mutual Aid Agreements – Mr. Jimmy Dixon, Police Chief.
     f. Consider approval of an Agreement between Clemson University and the City of Clemson for transit services for fiscal year 2017-2018 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
     g. Consider approval of final cost Proposal from Proterra for the battery-electric bus acquisition package that will be funded with Federal Transit Administration Low/No Grant award, SCDOT Grant award and local financial match from Clemson University and CATbus reserve funds – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
     h. Consider setting dates for Public Hearings on items from Planning & Codes – Mr. Todd Steadman, Zoning & Codes Director.
