a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance that terminates the 1998 Tax Increment Financing and Redevelopment Plan of the City of Clemson – Ms. Mary McCormac, City Attorney.
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed text amendment to establish a Minimum Width of 15-feet for Commercial Spaces in mixed use buildings – Mr. Todd Steadman – Planning & Codes Director.
c. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed text amendment to establish Step Backs for mixed-use and non-residential buildings in the CM district – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
d. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed text amendment requiring all developments to be broken up at a Minimum of Every 250’ to ensure that City blocks are an appropriate scale – Mr. Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
e. Consider 1st Reading of the recent FloodPlain Ordinance re-write and FEMA Floodplain Map – Mr. Stacey Blackwell, Building Official.
f. Consider the quote received from Lowe’s Home Improvement store for composite decking materials for the re-decking of Abernathy Park Boardwalk in March 2018 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
