     a.  Building and Site Review:

          1)   2017-AR-06:  Applicant Sam Snammouz is requesting a final review of the proposed building mounted sign and signage on the awning to be located at 361 College Avenue.

          2)   2017-AR-02:  Applicant Gilbane Development Company is requesting a preliminary review of plans to build a mixed-use development located at 405 College Avenue.
