Notice of Public Hearing June 3, 2019

The Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 3, 2019, in the Council Chambers at City Hall on the following item:

2019-R-03 Proposed Text Amendment (Definitions).  As drafted, the proposed text amendment will address various changes intended to clarify and provide for greater consistency in interpretation of various definitions in Chapter 13 (Rental Housing Regulations) and Chapter 19 (Zoning) of the City Code of Ordinances, and other adopted standards. 

The sessions will include an overview of the proposed changes presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input.  Copies of documents may be viewed by clicking the link below.

Anyone unable to attend may also submit questions and comments on the matter to Art Holbrooks, City Planner at aholbrooks@cityofclemson.org.
