6. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Receive a report from a representative of Design South Engineers on the status of the Cochran Road wastewater treatment expansion project – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
b. Receive a report from a representative of the City Planning Commission regarding the issue of Bed and Breakfast with Events – Commission Chair Mary Beth Green.
c. Staff and Council reports:
-Report on Zoning options from City Attorney Mary McCormac
7. Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance for 2019-R-03 Proposed Text Amendments (Definitions) – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
b. Consider a request for reconsideration of 2019-R-02: Proposed Map Amendment (Rezoning) – Zoning & Codes Administrator Jacob Peabody.
c. Consider the Bids received for the regenerative stream conveyance project located in the Sedgefield neighborhood – Stormwater Manager Nathan Hinkle.
d. Consider funding authorization and/or advancement of selected capital projects or initiatives to be included in the fiscal year 2019-2020 annual budget – City Council.
8. New Business – discussion of items only, no action will be taken (up to 30 minutes).
9. Executive Session:
a. Consider a City personnel issue: SC Code of Laws, Section 30-4-70(a)(1) Discussion of employment, appointment, compensation, or promotion of a person regulated by a public body or the appointment of a person to a public body – Mayor Cook.
Note: Upon returning to open session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
