Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Receive a report regarding the Emergency Ordinance for Face Coverings – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Receive a report regarding the criteria to be considered in evaluating annexation requests – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
c. Receive a report on the newly acquired land inside Nettles Park that the City is requesting to be annexed – Planning & Codes Administrator Todd Steadman.
d. Receive a report regarding a public art element for Nettles Park – Council Member Ducworth.
e. Receive a report outlining the ongoing plan for overhead to underground utility conversion projects – Jerry Chapman.

Policy Items:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of a budget amendment re-allocating the $500,000 General Fund contribution to the Cochran Road Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Police Department and the Littlejohn Community Center Expansion Projects, and to establish a ClemsonNext implementation budget – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Consider authorizing a Unity Mural to be placed on the Downtown Police Substation – The Arts Center Director Joan Phillips.
c. Consider approval of a Change Oder to install storm water improvements at Clemson Park to the Clemson Park Fast Track and to reinforce the sidewalk to allow vehicle access to the Community Garden – Assistant City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
