b. Discuss local conditions and assess the need to reinstate the mask ordinance – Council Member McGuire.
c. Discuss an amendment to the City Code of Ordinances for Special Events – City Clerk Beverly Coleman.

a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code for the payment period in Sec. 12- 83 Hospitality Fee Payment and Collection, Sec. 12-87 Hospitality Tax Payment and Collection, and Sec. 12-44 Local Accommodations Tax and Collections – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to edit the Comprehensive Plan to clean up formatting, numbering, grammatical errors and to remove redundancies – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
c. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the Housing and Community Life Committee clarifying residency eligibility to include the Bishop Branch voting district in Anderson County – Community & Economic Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton.

f. Consider approval of the updated lease agreement for the Clemson Community Care – Community & Economic Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton.
g. Consider an award of construction bid for the North Clemson Sidewalk Replacement request for proposal to the low bidder of Southern Concrete and Construction, Inc. for a contract that will not exceed $110,000 – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
h. Consider Mask Ordinance recommendations – Council Member McGuire.
