b. Discuss a proposed Ordinance amendment to Chapter 11 Municipal Utilities for current practices –Utility Billing Director Heather Cartee.
c. Discuss Pendleton Clemson WWTP Financing – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
d. Discuss a date for a public hearing on a proposed map amendment (Rezoning) three parcels in Calhoun Forest – Planning & Development Director Nathan Woods.
e. Discuss a date for a public hearing for proposed text amendments for fences, help wanted signs & banners, BAR review of PD’s and New Hope School – Planning & Development Director Nathan Woods.

a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance amending Chapter 13. Sec. 13-75 “Standards for Residential Rental Unit” to reflect the International Property Maintenance Code – Planning & Development Director Nathan Woods.
b. Consider 2nd Reading of a Special Obligation Bond Ordinance to fund enhancements to Nettles Park, Clemson Park and the Green Crescent Trail – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
c. Consider 2nd Reading of a First Supplemental Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of the special obligation bond to fund enhancements to Nettles Park, Clemson Park and the Green Crescent Trail – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
d. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend Division 2 Police Department Advisory Board Section 2-65 Terms of Office; Vacancies; Compensation for the service terms of the Police Advisory Board student members – Police Chief Campos.
