The Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing on the matter listed below.  The session will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 1250 Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, SC 29631. 

Hearing Topic:

PUD-000074-2022 Signet Uptown Planned Development 

Proposed Project Description: A mixed-use development consisting of commercial and residential uses situated on 2.00 acres (TMP’s: 444-16-83-4463/444-16-83-4300/444-16-83-6357) near 408 and 412 College Avenue.  The project will include an 8,200 sq.ft. commercial area; at least 4 workforce housing units meeting HUD qualified market rates; and up to 160 traditional apartment dwelling units.

Please note that the property is currently zoned CM Commercial Mixed-Use District.  If approved, the property will be rezoned Planned Development District.

Comments may be submitted in advance or during the session. Public input is being sought on all matters associated with the proposal.
