NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The City of Clemson City Council has scheduled a public hearing on the topic listed below.  The hearing will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 1250 Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, SC 29631. This will be the second public hearing held on this matter.
 

Hearing Topic:

PUD-000177-2023 Proposed Planned Development (HUB Clemson)

An application for a planned development was submitted by CS Acquisition, LLC on November 3, 2023. If approved as proposed, nine parcels totaling approximately 5 1/2 acres near Keowee Trail and Wall Street in the Uptown District of the City will be developed as a mixed-use planned development project comprised of 450 student-oriented residential units (1,300 beds); and 8,500 square feet of commercial/retail space. This will be the second public hearing held on this matter.
