a. Consider 3rd Reading of a Proposed PD for the St. Andrews Catholic Church Property – Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
b. Consider 3rd Reading of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to change the display time of digital signs from 30 seconds to 15 seconds – Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.
c. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 19: Section 19-404; Endnotes 9 & 10 Appending Table 19-404-1 – CM District to correct Scrivener’s error – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning Administrator.
d. Item Request – Consider the sale of a 2003 leaf collection truck to the Town of Central at a price of $22,500 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
e. Item Request – Consider an Amendment to the Fire Service Agreement between Clemson University and the City of Clemson that extends the terms and conditions for fiscal year 2017-2018, to become effective on July 1, 2017 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
