City Offices Closed in Observance of Labor Day

City Offices Closed in Observance of Labor Day

City offices will be closed Monday, September 4th in observance of Labor Day.

Sanitation routes will run as normal. Please have your roll carts out by 7am. 

CATbus routes will run as normal. 

In the event of an emergency, please call 911. If you need after hours, non-emergency assistance, please call the police non-emergency number at 864-624-2000.

WATER MAIN FLUSHING NOTICE

Why does the City of Clemson Utilities Department “flush” the water mains?

Flushing the water mains improves water quality by removing sediment that slowly builds up at the bottom of the water main over time. The sediment comes from internal corrosion of the water mains over many years.
