Land Development Regulations Draft - October 11, 2017

The City of Clemson is in the process of rewriting the Land Development Regulations. These guidelines establish how a property is subdivided, how to deal with topography, the hierarchy of roads, and other matters. The Planning Commission will be discussing this matter at their next scheduled meeting which will be held on November 13.
