      a.  Building and Site Review:

            1)  2018-AR-08:  Applicant Jean Robbins is requesting final approval of signage and exterior colors for a new retail space to be located at 383 College Avenue.

            2)  2017-AR-01:  Applicant Callie Neiner is requesing final approval of changes from a previous approval to the exterior elevation of the restaurant to be located at 1007 Tiger Blvd.

            3)  Amendment to By Laws to alter the process of notification of regularly scheduled meetings.
