      a.  Executive Session:  To receive legal advice regarding the consideration of a proposed subdivision.  (Pursuant to SC Code of Laws 30-4-70 (a)(2))

      b.  2018-S-15:  Proposed Minor Subdivision (2 Lots) of a parcel (TMP# 4044-19-52-7311) located at 230 N. Clemson Avenue.

      c.  2018-S-18:  Consideration of Sketch Plan of proposed Major Subdivision (21 lots) of 3 parcels (TMP# 4053-11-57-7147, #4053-11-67-0034, #4053-11-57-9395) located at 1024 Old Stone Church Road.

      d.  2018-R-05:  Proposed text amendment to Chapter 19 Zoning (CM-District Setbacks, Off-Street Parking Regulations, Non-residential Districts and District Regulations, Definitions, Architectural Review Overlay District Standards).
