     a.  Building and Site Review:

           1)  2018-AR-08:  Applicant Jean Robbins is requesting final approval of signage and exterior colors for a new retail space to be located at 383 College Avenue.

           2)  2018-AR-09:  Applicant Kevin Ramirez is requesting final approval of proposed exterior colors and the removal of existing boards covering an existing exterior window located at 376 College Avenue.
