CITY OF CLEMSON PUBLIC HEARING JUNE 18 2018

 

On May 21st the City of Clemson had a Public Hearing on some proposed changes to their Land Development Regulations.  The second Public Hearing is scheduled for June 18th at 6:00 p.m.  Most of the old content is remaining but new guidelines for tree canopy protection, sidewalk requirements, and developing on steep slopes, are being introduced.  There are other standards and modifications being proposed as well.
