     a.  2018-V-01:  Applicant Frederick Towe has filed a Variance seeking permission to keep 19 dogs on his property at 420 Frontage Road.  Under Zoning Ordinance, you are only allowed to keep 3 dogs on a    residential property in accordance with Section 19-107 of the Clemson Zoning Ordinance.
