  1. Call to Order
  1. Adoption of Minutes – July 10, 2018
  1. Action Items

             a.   Building and Site Review:
                    1)   2018-AR-11:  Applicant Pavilion LB – College Avenue LLC is requesting a conceptual review of a new hotel project to be located at 389 College Avenue

                    2)  2018-AR-12:  Applicant Pavilion LB – College Avenue LLC is requesting a Variance from Sec. 19-1113 Architectural Review Overlay District Standards, Table 19-110 to provide relief from the            step backs required on the property located at 389 College Avenue.

                    3)  2018-AR-13:  Applicant Andrew Bonner is requesting approval to install a lighted sign above an existing awning on a restaurant located at 359 College Avenue.

                    4)  2017-AR-18:  Applicant John Hopkins is requesting a final approval of changes made from the original BAR approval at the December 12, 2017 meeting for a proposed commercial building to be          located at 384 College Avenue.
