1. Call to Order

2. Policy/Action:
    a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance calling for a Referendum at the next General Election to determine whether the SC Dept. of Revenue may issue temporary permits for Sunday sale of alcohol beverages for on-premises and off-premises consumption in the City of Clemson – City Attorney Mary McCormac.
