1.  Call to Order

2.  Adoption of Minutes - August 7, 2018

3.  Action Items

      a.  Building and Site Review:

            1)  2018-AR-15:  Applicant AT&T Mibility Corporation is requesting preliminary/final approval for the placement of a new utility pole with Cell Node 2 on top within the Right-of-Way of North Clemson Avenue.

            2)  2018-AR-16:  Applicant AT&T Mobility Corporation is requesting preliminary/final approval for the placement of a new utility pole with Cell Node 8 on top within the Right-of-Way of Old Stone Church Road.

            3)  2018-AR-17:  Applicant AT&T Mobility Corporation is requesting preliminary/final approval for the placement of a new utility pole with Cell Node 14 on top within the Right-of-Way of Clemson Place Circle.

            4)  2018-AR-14:  Applicant Auto Zone, Inc is requesting preliminary approval for the construction of an Auto Zone Store to be located at 110 Pinnacle Street.

            5)  POSTPONED BY APPLICANT  2018-AR-18:  Applicant Pavilion LB - College Avenue LLC is requesting a Variance from Sec. 19-1113 Architectural Review Overlay District Standards, Table 19-110 to provide relief from the step backs required on the property located at 389 College Avenue.

Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Agenda items presentation.
