    a. Receive a report from ATAX Committee Chair Herb Tyler on the recommendations for ATAX Allocations for FY 2018-2019 – Assistant Finance Director Sharie Nickles.
    b. Discuss opportunities for Boards/Commissions training – Mayor J.C. Cook, III. 
    c. Discuss a request from the Clemson University Alumni Association to allow a Block Party on College Avenue Friday night before the Louisville football game November 2, 2018 – Mayor J.C. Cook, III.

    a. Consider granting of wastewater treatment capacity at the Cochran Road WWTP to the proposed “Clemson Brewery” (7,000 gallons per day allocation) and permission to operate and sell beer at brewery to be located at the former Astro Theater site on College Avenue – Mayor J.C. Cook, III.
    b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance CC-2018-15 for proposed text amendment 2018-R-04 Section 19-1403 Procedure – City Planner Art Holbrooks.
