      a.  Building and Site Review
           1)  2018-AR-15:  Applicant AT&T Mobility Corporation is requesting final approval for the placement of a new utility pole with Cell Node 2 on top within the Right-of-Way of North Clemson Avenue.
           2)  2018-AR-14:  Applicant Auto Zone, Inc. is requesting final approval for the construction of an Auto Zone Store to be located to 110 Pinnacle Street.
           3)  2018-AR-11:  Applicant Pavilion LB - College Avenue LLC is requesting apreliminary review of a new hotel project to be located at 389 College Avenue.

           Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Agenda items presentation.
