a. Consider making a request of financial assistance to the Pickens County C Fund Committee for street safety projects – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
b. Consider a request from Abel Baptist Church to be included as one of the non-profit agencies allowed to use the electronic message board – Assistant City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
c. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for the abandonment and transfer of the remaining section of Robinson Street – TMS No. 4053-14-33-5968 (Old Stone Church and Cemetery Association) – City Attorney Mary McCormac.
d. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for proposed text amendment 2018-R-07 of the City Code Chapter 19 Building Façade Step-backs – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
e. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for proposed text amendment 2018-R-13 of the City Code Chapter 19 Setbacks in CM Districts – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
f. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City’s Land Development Regulations – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
