3. Action Items
   a.  Building and Site Review:
        1)  2018-AR-14:  Applicant Auto Zone, Inc. is requesting final approval for the construction of an Auto Zone Store to be located at 110 Pinnacle Street.
        2)  2018-AR-19:  Applicant Pavilion LB – College Avenue LLC is requesting a preliminary review of an accessory freestanding parking structure and improvements of an existing parking lot located at 403 College Avenue.
        3)  2018-AR-20:  Applicant Tzuen-Rong Jeremy Tzeng is requesting a preliminary review of the proposed Chinese Christian Church to be located at 558 Old Greenville Hwy.
        4)  2018-AR-21:  Public Hearing - Applicant Tzuen-Rong Jeremy Tzeng is requesting relief from Table 19-1110-1(a)(1) requirement of no parking in the front of Chinese Christian Church to be located at 558 Old Greenville Hwy.
        5)  2018-AR-22:  Public Hearing - Applicant Tzuen-Rong Jeremy Tzeng is requesting relief from Table 19-1110-1(b)(7) requirement for pedestrian and/or bicycle connections to the primary public entrance for Chinese Christian Church to be located at 558 Old Greenville Hwy.
        6)  2018-AR-23:  Public Hearing - Applicant Tzuen-Rong Jeremy Tzeng is requesting relief from Table 19-1110-2(c)(16) requirement of the bottom level shall include at least three articulation features every 50 feet to create a pattern of small storefronts for Chinese Christian Church to be located at 558 Old Greenville Hwy
