Notice of Public Hearing
The Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2018, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, on the following proposed Zoning Text Amendment:
2018-R-16 Proposed Text Amendment – Chapter 19 (50’ Height Limit in C District)
As proposed, the amendment would reduce the height limit of buildings in the core downtown of the City from 65’ to 50’.
