Please Note: Due to the change in our regular Council meeting schedule the deadline for application to Boards and Commissions has been extended to January 18, 2018. Also, due to two resignations, there are now four openings on the Planning Commission
The City of Clemson is seeking interested residents
to serve on one of the following boards:
Arts and Culture Commission
3 positions – 3 year term
1 position: resident artist living in the City of Clemson.
2 positions: City of Clemson residents
Planning Commission
4 positions – one 1 year term; two 2 year terms; one 4 year term
Positions must be filled by City of Clemson residents
Board of Architectural Review
3 positions – all 4 year terms
1 position: professional in building and construction
1 position: professional in architecture
1 position: City of Clemson resident
Economic Development Advisory Committee
6 positions – all 3 year terms
3 positions: City of Clemson residents.
1 position: a business owner operating in the City of Clemson
1 position: someone from a local banking institution
1 position: someone from a real estate or development organization
These positions are appointed by City Council.
