Planning Commission Workshop December 17, 2018

Proposed Keowee Trail Planned Development

The Planning Commission will hold a workshop in the Community Room at Fire Station 2 located at 740 Issaqueena Trail, on Monday, December 17, 2018, to consider a conceptual plan for a planned development proposed to be located on Keowee Trail. The session will begin at 10:00 a.m. 

The link below will access conceptual renderings of the proposed planned development.

Please note that the purpose of the workshop will be to allow the applicant to present the proposal to the Planning Commission and to receive feedback from them.  If time permits, there may be an opportunity for public comment on the specific proposal.   A future workshop, designed specifically to solicit public input, will be scheduled.
