  1. Action Items
    a.  Building and Site Review:
         1)  2019-AR-02:  Applicant Oconee Federal Savings and Loan is requesting a preliminary review of a proposed bank to be located at 208 Kelly Road.
         2)  2019-AR-01:  Applicant Arbor Engineering, James Martin, is requesting a preliminary review of a proposed mixed-use building to be located at 1110 Tiger Blvd.

Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Agenda items presentation.
