2.  Adoption of Minutes – January 8, 2019

3.  Action Items

     a.  Building and Site Review:

          1)  2019-AR-03:  Applicant Kevin Sealey is requesting a final approval of proposed exterior building signage to be located at 376 College Avenue.

          2)  2019-AR-02:  Applicant Oconee Federal Savings and Loan is requesting a final review of a proposed bank to be located at 208 Kelly Road.

          3)  2019-AR-01:  Applicant Arbor Engineering, James Martin, is requesting a final review of a proposed mixed-use building to be located at 1110 Tiger Blvd.

               Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Agenda items presentation.
