5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Ms. Margaret Thompson, representing Clemson Paw Partners to provide information in regards to the organization and a partnership with Friends of the Green Crescent – Mayor Cook.
b. Receive a verbal report on City Council legal issues, procedures and advisory notices for members of Council, as a supplement to the MASC Municipal Handbook – City Attorney McCormac.
c. Staff and Council reports.
6. Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of proposed text amendment for 50 ft. height limit in C District – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
b. Consider 1st Reading of a proposed text amendment to the AR District Sign Standards – Zoning & Codes Administrator Jacob Peabody.
c. Consider setting a date for a public hearing of a proposed text amendment for Short Term Rental Properties – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
d. Consider setting a date for a public hearing of a proposed text amendment for pre-schools and student fellowships – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
e. Consider a Letter of Intent between the Clemson United Methodist Church and the City of Clemson to advance consideration of a possible property sale for the location of a new Arts Center to be constructed by the City – City Administrator Rick Cotton.
7. Executive Session:
a. Consider boards/commission applications for appointments – SC Code 30-4-70(a)(1).
NOTE: Upon returning to regular session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
