Notice of Public Hearing March 4, 2019

The Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2019, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, on a proposed amendment to the Short-term Residential Rental Standards (Chapter 13, Code of Ordinances).

As drafted, the proposed amendment will permit the use of a decal instead of a required yard sign to identify registered rentals; require the installation of a carbon monoxide detector in units; and update text for clarity.

Please note that the session will include an overview of the proposed changes by staff prior to the opportunity for public input.  The proposed amendment may be obtained by clicking the link below.
