1.  In person
2.  On the City's MyCivic web platform (up to 2pm the day of the meeting).  Click Here 
3.  Call in by phone during the meeting by dialing 864-653-9886 at the appropriate time.

a. Discuss rescheduling the May 2nd Council meeting to allow Mayor Halfacre to present at the May 2nd Pickens County Council Meeting – Mayor Halfacre.

a. Consider an Agreement between the City of Clemson and Clemson University for Fire Suppression Services, which shall be for a three-year term starting July 1, 2022 – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Consider a Memorandum of Agreement between the Joseph F. Sullivan Center and the City of Clemson for Specified Health Services: Scheduled access to acute care for a one-year period – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
c. Consider approving the first draft of a RFQ to select a master developer to partner with the City to develop the area being defined as Uptown – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.

Executive Session
a. Discuss Court Administration responsibilities; SC Code of Laws Sec. 30-4-70 (a)(1), Discussion of employment, appointment, compensation, promotion, demotion, discipline, or release of an employee.
b. Legal briefing from City Attorney; Section 30-4-70 (a)(2) Receipt of legal advice where the legal advice relates to a pending, threatened, or potential claim or other matters covered by attorney client privilege, settlement of legal claims, or the position of the public agency in other adversary situations involving the assertion against the agency of a claim.
Note: Upon returning to open session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session
