c. Discuss residential participation in the Municipal Overhead (OH) to Underground (UG) Conversion Plan with Duke Energy – Assistant City Administrator Allison Gantte.
d. Discuss a plan to renovate the Downtown Police Substation and make other phased downtown improvements – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
