  1. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance to renew the Municipal Service Agreement between the City of Clemson and Duke Energy – Assistant Administrator Allison Gantte.

  2. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance for a proposed Annexation of approximately 24.5 acres near Lawrence Road and Zoning as a Planned Development – City Planner Art Holbrooks.

  3. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance for a proposed Planned Development PUD-000034-21 (Lawrence Road) “One Clemson” – City Planner Art Holbrooks.

  4. Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to add a $120 fine for unauthorized parking in the City Parking Deck between the hours of 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. – Police Chief Campos.

  5. Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to repeal Article III. Division 3. Chapter 2. Sec. 2-67  through Sec. 2-71, Administration and amend Article I. Chapter 14. Sec. 14-2 through Sec. 14-5 Parks and Recreation of the City’s Code of Ordinances – Assistant Administrator Allison Gantte.

  1. Consider Bid Award for Impact Fee Study to TischlerBise in the amount of $61,440 – Assistant Administrator Allison Gantte.

  2. Consider allocating $4,800 from the Arts & Culture Commission Fund for Bus Shelter Art – Assistant Administrator Allison Gantte.

  3. Consider approving the updated bikeways plan to reflect the additional area that has been annexed into the City of Clemson – Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
