a. Discuss the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Grant – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
b. Discuss the Central-Clemson Recreation Center pool repairs – Facilities Director Pete Becker.
c. Discuss formally implementing Special Event Fees for events on City Property, not hosted by the City of Clemson – Com. Econ. Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton.
d. Discuss an Ordinance amendment to Sec. 16-20, 21, 22 to require event organizers to obtain a permit from the City of Clemson for events held on private property that meet certain conditions – Police Chief Jorge Campos.

a. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance amending the City Code to add a definition of tethering and regulations on how and when an animal can be tethered inside the City limits of Clemson – Police Chief Campos.
b. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance to amend Sec. 7-11 Expenditures, Purchasing and Receiving – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
c. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance to amend Sec. 7-8 Fixed Assets – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
d. Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to adopt the Site Management Plan Template – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
e. Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to amend Chapter 18, Sec. 18-3. c. Consider authorizing the Chief of Police to enter into a 3 yr. contract with Valley Services, Inc. for towing services – Police Chief Campos.
d. Consider appointment for CU student seat to the Police Advisory Board – Police Chief Campos.

Mayor‐Council reports/comments/new business

Executive Session
a. Discussion of negotiations incident to potential contractual arrangements regarding a potential purchase of real property, and the receipt of legal advice regarding same; S.C. Code Sec. 30-4- 70(a)(2) – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Discussion of negotiations incident to two proposed contractual arrangements and matters relating to the proposed location, expansion, or the provision of services encouraging location or expansion, of industries or other businesses in the areas served by the City (economic development), and the receipt of legal advice regarding same; S.C. Code Sec. 30-4-70(a)(2) and Sec. 30-4-70(a)(5) – City Administrator  Andy Blondeau.

Note: Upon returning to open session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
