Ordinances

Powers and duties of police chief relative to traffic and parking to add item “g.” authorizing the Chief of Police to approve or deny requests to restrict traffic for construction activities – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
c. Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to amend Section 16-20, 21, 22 of the City Code to require event organizers to seek a permit from the City for events held on private property that meet certain conditions – Police Chief Campos.
