Reports/Discussion Agenda

a. Receive a report from Executive Director of Clemson Community Care on their recent activities and future plans – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Receive a Town & Gown report from Mayor Halfacre and Clemson University representatives Kryssa Cooper and Julio Hernandez – Mayor Halfacre.
c. Discuss and set a public hearing on a Zoning Ordinance amendment that would clarify that “Help Wanted” signs are allowed but limited to 9 sq./ft. – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
d. Discuss and set a public hearing on a Land Development Ordinance amendment to require the installation of the City Bikeway if a subdivision creates two or more buildable lots, if the property fronts on a segment of the approved Bikeway Plan – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
e. Discuss and set a public hearing on a Zoning Ordinance amendment that would require most higher density residential developments to install pet waste stations if they are going to allow pets – Zoning  Administrator Jacob Peabody.
f. Staff Reports.

a. Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance to amend Section 16-20, 21, 22 of the City Code to require event organizers to seek a permit from the City for events held on private property that meet certain conditions – Police Chief Campos.

a. Receipt of legal advice where the legal advice relates to matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, SC Code of Laws Sec. 30-4-70 (a)(2) – City Administrator Andy Blondeau
