a. Receive a report from the Director at the Clemson Child Development Center – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Discuss an amendment to the Open Container Ordinance – Police Chief Campos.
c. Discuss the Regular Council Meeting Schedule for 2023 – City Clerk Beverly Coleman.
d. Discuss the adoption of Building and related Codes effective January 1, 2023 – Assistant Administrator Allison Gantte.
e. Staff Reports.

Ordinances

a. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to allow single family homes to have their setback reduced to 5 feet where abutting Army Corps of Engineers property. This amendment would also allow Private Recreational Facilities such as swimming pools to be 5 feet from Army Corps of Engineers property – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to allow Outdoor Event Facilities in the CM District – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
c. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to allow the Board of Architectural Review to waive Architectural Review Standards that they feel unnecessary for small additions of 25% of the gross floor area or 1000 sq. ft. whichever is less - Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
d. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to approve an Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Clemson and Rutledge Development LLC for 207 Ligon Street – Assistant Administrator Allison Gantte.

Other Policy Items
a. Consider approval of Mutual Aid Agreement Renewals with multiple agencies – Police Chief Campos.
b. Consider approval of the Employee Insurance Renewals for 2023 – Human Resources Coordinator Tracy Taylor.
